Areas served

Tracked delivery of physical products is available to the EU countries enabled at checkout. Switzerland is not yet enabled for physical bags, accessories or kits until rates, customs and documentation are confirmed.

Digital-only guides may be purchased in Italy, Germany, Austria and Switzerland and require no shipping.

Preparation and transit

In-stock bags are normally handed to the carrier within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order or bespoke pieces normally take 2–4 weeks unless another period is stated.

A tracking link is sent when the parcel leaves. Transit times are carrier estimates and may vary.

Address and risk

Customers must check the name, address and contact details before payment. Changes after booking or label creation are not guaranteed.

Risk passes when the consumer, or a designated third party other than the carrier, takes physical possession.

How to withdraw

For non-personalised products, use the dedicated online function within 14 days after delivery or send an unequivocal statement to assistenza@ireshop.it.

Keep the confirmation and reference. Giving a reason is optional.

Home collection

After review, Iré arranges collection from the stated address, normally from the second business day. The date and time depend on carrier availability.

Pack the product and accessories carefully and do not place labels directly on the item.

Costs and reimbursement

For an ordinary withdrawal, the customer pays the direct return cost disclosed before booking. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items follow the statutory guarantee without cost.

Reimbursement is made through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed and may be withheld until the goods or proof of return are received.
