Hello, I’m Irena. I make every one of these bags.
In my Italian workshop I knot the outer weave and sew every lining, one bag at a time. No two pieces come out exactly alike — that is the beauty of handmade work.
Inside Vietri
Scroll: the fragments move closer and rebuild Vietri, echoing Irena’s work as she shapes the bag knot by knot and finishes every detail by hand.

Behind every bag
First comes the macramé: hours of knots built with steady tension. Then Irena cuts and sews the lining for that individual piece. Inside and out carry the same signature.
The process
Colour, diameter and feel are selected for the design.
The weave grows one knot at a time from the original pattern.
Irena cuts, sews and fits the inner pouch.
Handle, strap, label and final quality check.

Material, hands, time
Cotton, colour and tension are chosen with care. Irena then shapes every knot one by one and sews the lining for the individual bag.
